Jai progressed through Parramatta Eels and Cronulla Sharks elite pathways. A Hooker known for his professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail, Jai has experienced the demands of high-level training environments and understands what it takes to prepare, perform, and stay consistent.
Ali Hicham Karnib
Development Coach
Ali Hicham Karnib is a promising young rugby league player who contracted in the Wests Tigers Pathways system. The Bass Hill High School captain, is coming off a strong SG Ball Cup campaign with Western Suburbs and can read the game with ease, adding to his lightning-fast acceleration and strong one-on-one defence.
Starford To'a
Development Coach
Starford enters his fourth season at Wests Tigers in 2025 after joining the club from Newcastle Knights in 2022. Starford is a Tonga international footballer who plays as a centre for the Wests Tigers in the NRL.

After building his game in 2025 NRL preseason with Wests Tigers in the SG Ball and Jersey Flegg competitions, Marc Tannous played his NRL debut in the 2025 preseason trials for Wests Tigers. This promising playmaker has recently been signed by the Cronulla Sharks until 2027 Season.
